Details: Skating Piedmont Park In The Year 2012-2013! The Rink at Park Tavern will open in November. The Rink will reside in the Garden Tent and will be complete with modern amenities: for day & night skating, a heated tent, piped-in music with a mega sound system, and rink-side dining.
